Timothy Nolan is the owner and operator of The Water Heater Guy, specializing in a variety of  water heating solutions. As a licensed Plumber, General Contractor, Mechanical Engineer and LEED Professional, Tim brings deep expertise in sustainable and efficient heating systems. With years of experience in the field, he’s known for his commitment to high-quality, eco-friendly solutions.

Tim’s educational background includes a degree in Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and he remains actively involved in industry associations. When not working, he enjoys hiking nearby mountain ranges throughout southern California, backyard BBQs and spending time with his 3 kids, wife and extended family, reflecting his dedication to both professional excellence and personal balance.
