  • Mineral scaling removal from heat exchanger's internal piping.*

  • Burner assembly inspection and cleaning.

  • Flame sensors inspection and cleaning.

  • Ignition rod inspection and cleaning.

  • Air intake and exhaust piping checked and cleared of obstructions such as dirt, lint, nests, feathers, and leaves.

  • Air intake filter inspection and cleaning.

  • Fan motor examination.

  • Water inlet filter check and cleaning.

  • Condensate trap inspection and cleaning.

  • External unit casing cleanup.

  • Examination of external isolation valves.
