Verify hot water temperature
Mineral scaling removal from heat exchanger's internal piping.*
Burner assembly inspection and cleaning.
Flame sensors inspection and cleaning.
Ignition rod inspection and cleaning.
Air intake and exhaust piping checked and cleared of obstructions such as dirt, lint, nests, feathers, and leaves.
Air intake filter inspection and cleaning.
Fan motor examination.

Verify Hot Water Temperature
